What is MBU Lead?
MBU Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of telecom sites within the assigned Micro Business Unit (MBU). The role ensures effective implementation of contractual obligations, efficient management of customer complaints and achievement of site profitability targets. The MBU Lead also engages with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and solutions tailored to operational challenges.
We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in Access Operations, strong hands-on expertise in Ericsson Transmission equipment and a proven background in troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders are essential for this role.
