What will Intern - Regulatory Projects and Interconnect do?

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Regulatory Projects, Interconnect and PR Team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key deliverables of the intern

• Assist in researching regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
• Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and filings.
• Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the organization, including Legal, Compliance etc. to support various projects and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Regulatory team.

The role reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Projects and PR with an extended team of 5 team members.

Requirements:

• Generate useful insights through research on industry and global trends.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on the assigned projects.
• Attend team meetings and meet the stakeholders related to the assigned projects.
• Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas on existing processes and systems.
• Aid the department to improve their coordination and productivity.
• Be mentored by a Jazz professional to guide you through your extensive learning experience.
• Attend social networking activities and build relationship with your peers/stakeholders.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate/ Undergraduate in BBA or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
