What is Manager Business Planning?

This role is responsible for Budgeting, financial forecasting and actualization of monthly performance, while monitoring performance and managing risks. Additionally, this role facilitate communication with stakeholders and support continuous improvement in business planning processes and all financial matters. *

The role reports directly to the Head of B2B Marketing and Products.

What does Manager Business Planning and Analysis do?

·         Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments.

·         Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.

·         Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies and initiatives.

·         Evaluate business performance metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.

·         Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports for senior management and stakeholders.

·         Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations, to gather data and provide analytical support.

·         Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input based on analysis and insights.

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business planning and analysis.

·         involved in dashboard management for B2B KPIs

·         Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company.

Requirements

·  ACCA or CA Inter with the 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom. 

·  Proven experience in business planning, analysis, or a related field, with a track record of success in similar roles.

·  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences.

·  Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools such as Excel or other relevant software.

·  Soft skills and technical skills required
