What is Expert Network Planning and Analytics?

This position is required to execute Geo-analytics for new rollout planning as well as for the improvement of existing network. Monitors network performance against commercial KPIs and develops business cases in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to enhance coverage. This Network expansion also includes Commercial assessment of USF projects. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to enhance network coverage, profitability and customer experience in rural areas WITHIN the limits of organization’s policies and procedures, functional / departmental objectives, SOPs and best practices.

The role reports directly to the Head of Strategic Projects.

What does Expert Network Planning and Analytics do?

Major responsibility of this role is the Geo-Analytics, maintaining network Dashboard, network performance evaluation and Commercial evaluation of USF projects.

• Maintaining and improving Network Dashboard
• GIS analysis for MBU tagging validation
• Adhoc Geo-Marketing tasks
• Commercial assessment of USF projects
• Low revenue sites tracking and relocation
• Population Coverage assessment with technical for PTA reporting
• Identification of potential locations under USF small Lot Projects in coordination with regional Sales teams.
• Revenue Estimation and business case evaluation of both USF advertised and Jazz proposed Locations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other teams: Technical, Pricing, Finance, Strategic projects, CVM, CRA and Regional Sales to ensure operational excellence in executing overall project.
• Population coverage assessment with technical for PTA reporting.
• Coordination with technical, regional teams and Strategic projects team for execution of above tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Business/Computer Science/ System Engineering/ Electric Engineering/ Telecom
• 3-4 years of practical experience in telecom industry
• Excellent knowledge of Geo marketing

• Detailed knowledge of Network Technology
• USF projects knowledge is an advantage
• Hands on experience on GIS tools (MapInfo, ArcGIS)
• Practical knowledge of MS Office
• Decision making and Problem solving
