What is a Team Lead Service Delivery?
This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, SLAs and client requirements.
The role reports directly to the Manager Service Delivery and has 1 person reporting directly into it with an extended team of 14 team members.
What does a Team Lead Service Delivery do?
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to project managers, vendors, and sale channels to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
· Act as the main point of contact for sale channels, addressing their project related concerns, providing regular updates, and managing internal/external client expectations.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery to drive continuous improvement within the team.
· Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
· Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction, service delivery metrics, and team productivity.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
· Facilitate effective teamwork and encourage involvement and initiative, allowing individuals to maximize their potential and improve overall performance of the regional field force, team spirit, motivation and commitment.
· Encourage development of leadership competencies and business acumen by coaching and creating learning opportunities.
· Configuration of CE devices like Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Raisecom etc.
· In-house Testing of new products/services for viability.
