What does ‘Product UAT Expert' do?
- Conduct end-to-end testing of products, applications & services before they go live to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the product development phase to prevent disruptions across customer experience channels.
- Analyze customer journeys to pinpoint improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
- Drive digital transformation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions to modernize existing processes.
- Research, design, and refine operational workflows to optimize overall customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer data to identify insights, inform strategic decisions, and support continuous innovation.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and contribute to defining target business process models
Team consists of 6 experts, The role reports directly to the Stream Head Products & Solution Standardization
Key Deliverables
- Timely delivery of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) results for each product/service testing cycle.
- Proactive identification and resolution of any revenue leakage risks in products or services.
- Consistently deliver insights and recommendations to maintain the highest standards of customer experience.
- Lead initiatives for automation and digitization of CX and related business processes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal process standards.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering product testing outcomes, process automation progress, and project delivery metrics.
- Application based UATs & knowledge of how applications work especially Insurance based/ Marketplace applications

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be ‘Product UAT Expert’?
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in:
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using CRM systems
- Process implementation and optimization
- Leading or contributing to self-driven improvement projects
- Prowess in Insurance & online marketplace applications
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and business process automation.
