Role Title: Manager IoT and Managed Solutions, Jazz

The Manager IoT and Managed Solutions at Jazz is responsible for driving value proposition for Internet of Things (IoT) and Managed Solutions portfolio. This role serves as the linchpin for conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing initiatives that leverage IoT technologies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver unparalleled value to our customers.

Additionally, will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of IoT, M2M and Managed Solutions initiatives within Jazz, including day to day operations, partnership management, IoT product and services roadmap, identifying emerging trends, and seizing opportunities for differentiation and growth in the rapidly evolving IoT landscape. Moreover, as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, the Manager IoT and Solutions fosters collaborative relationships and drives alignment across teams and various channels.

Reporting directly to the Head of IoT and Data Monetization.

What does Manager IoT and Managed Solutions do?

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Growth for IoT and Managed Solution with focus on various verticals and use cases to grow revenues, increase business acquisition and develop and manage Go to Market for various solutions and products.
• Manage portfolio P&L and create reporting frameworks to report and ensure maintaining the profitability of each solution.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders. Build frameworks to measure ongoing product performance and use data to make decisions to improve the product.
• Manage commercial activities including proposition development, GTM, including business development, sales meetings and planning, and pricing.
• Manage and expand Partnerships to build various capability and leverage synergies to expand on product offerings.
• Work closely for channel management and development including enabling demos to Customers, Sales and Business development teams and training and development.
• Managing framework to manage customer lifecycle and Experience improvement and driving technical and market strategic decisions.
• Manage business planning activity including analyzing customer requirements; market potential. Liaise with communication and marketing teams to create awareness and to promote Jazz IoT portfolio. 

Key Deliverables:

• Maintain and grow high-quality IoT product portfolio and revenue growth and maintain profitability.
• Create and high-performance culture within team and facilitate personal and professional growth for team and stakeholders
• Creating effective reporting to identify areas of improvement and growth

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager IoT and Managed Solutions?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business administration.  Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in the development and implementation of IoT solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaborative abilities, with a track record of effectively working with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and protocols.
• MS office and project management.
