What is Specialist Business Support?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Specialist – Business Support to join our Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations team.
This role is responsible for the independent execution of Purchase Requisitions (PR), receipting, invoice processing, and related reporting activities in line with company policies and service level agreements. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve operational bottlenecks, and contribute to process excellence initiatives.
The position reports directly to the Head of Source-to-Pay Operations. The Business Support function currently comprises a core team of three members, supported by an extended team of 13 professionals.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Execute PR fulfillment, receipting, and portal-related activities (e.g., T360) in accordance with defined processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Process invoices, monitor PO fund availability, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely receipting.
· Prepare sourcing forms (No Sourcing, Competitive Bidding, SSD) in compliance with procurement guidelines.
· Manage stakeholder communication and independently resolve queries to prevent delays.
· Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with service excellence standards.
· Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently to meet agreed timelines.
Service Management:
· Ensure full compliance with company policies, controls, and operational procedures.
· Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach in daily operations.
· Escalate risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner to maintain business continuity.
· Support customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain a strong service delivery mindset.
Operational Excellence:
· Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing processes.
· Gather stakeholder feedback and propose actionable improvements.
· Contribute to automation, transformation, and operational excellence projects.
· Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements
Experience and Educational requirements
· Minimum three-year experience preferably with Oracle Fusion
· ACCA/ICMA finalist/MBA
· General flow of the Purchase Requisition & receipting process, invoice handling, and efficient email management
