What is Product Expert Marketplace?

You will be responsible to enhance the value proposition for the customer by introducing new and innovative use-cases and product improvements in Marketplace.

You will take a leading role in identifying new verticals, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to identify enablers for eco-system development, competitive analysis and product improvements and future initiatives.

You will support building the product roadmap for Marketplace, driven by a deep understanding of our customers and aligning to our product vision as well as key goal metrics for the business.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Marketplace and has an extended team of 4 team members.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Product Expert Marketplace?

Experience in Product Management (Product Design & Customer Experience Design), Analytics and Customer Insights and Expansion into new markets & Partnerships (preferably in DFS eco-system)

The must have technologies are Product Management Tools, Microsoft Excel (Advanced user with knowledge of Macros, VBA, PowerPivot and Add-ins preferred), Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced user with experience of creating presentations for C-Level executives), Core app development knowledge is not mandatory but would be a plus
