What does Expert Assurance and Billing (Senior Software Engineer) do?

This role is responsible for

• Operational and development management of Interconnect Billing & RAFM systems
• Execute day to day operations of Interconnect billing & RAFM systems
• Manage planning of interconnect billing system
• Building operational controls to ensure continuity of system operations
• Automation of operational tasks through scripting and coding
• Developing and deploying CRs to manage critical business requirements

The role reports directly to the Manager Billing and Assurance

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Assurance & Billing (Senior Software Engineer)?

• At least Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences with majors in Software development
• 5+ years of work experience in software development and system operations
• Good development skills in any of the major languages (Java preferred)
• Proficient in PL/SQL and hands on experience on Oracle will be a plus
• Knowledge/experience of Telecom is a plus.
