What is a Specialist Strategic Partnerships & Partner Relationship Management?

JazzCash is seeking a candidate for the position of Specialist Strategic Partnerships & Partner Relationship Management to join our dynamic B2G Department. This role focuses on managing key partnerships with the Armed Forces and its associated organizations while leveraging strategic partnerships in the Fintech sector. The ideal candidate needs to have good inroads in this sector. The role is integral to enhancing Jazz Cash's strategic positioning by ensuring alignment Armed Forces and its associated organizations.

What does Specialist Strategic Partnerships & Partner Relationship Management do?

Key Responsibilities:

1-      Partner Relationship Management

·       Cultivate and maintain strong, relationships with stakeholder and its associated organizations ensuring mutual goals are met.

·       Act as the primary point of contact within the government, facilitating smooth communication and addressing concerns as they arise.

·       Provide strategic guidance to strategic partners, ensuring they maximize the value of JazzCash’s digital payment solutions for public services.

2-       Strategic Partnership Development in the Telecom Sector

·       Leverage strategic partnerships within the telecom sector to create opportunities for Strategic collaboration, digital service adoption and public-sector innovation.

·       Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the telecom and Strategic sectors that align with JazzCash’s business goals.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated telecom-based digital financial solutions for government disbursements, payments and citizen engagement.

3-      Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Engagement

·       Need to work closely with Manager Strategic partnerships and collaborate with various internal teams (product, marketing, legal etc)

4-      Contract Negotiation & Compliance

• Work with the team in negotiation of contracts, agreements, and SLAs with Strategic partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all Strategic partnerships comply with internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations, especially in the telecom and digital payments sectors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecom Engineering, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Fresh candidates are preferred

• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with the Strategic Partners. Preference to the candidates with good in roads in this segment.
• Strategic Vision: Expertise in identifying and driving new business opportunities that align with JazzCash’s strategic goals.
• Project Management: Ability to work collaborate on multiple under the project guidelines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of partner objectives.
• Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on creating win-win solutions for both JazzCash and its Strategic partners.
