Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Regulatory Projects, Interconnect and PR Team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key deliverables of the intern

• · Assist in researching regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
• · Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and filings.
• · Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• · Work collaboratively with teams across the organization, including Legal, Compliance etc. to support various projects and initiatives.
• · Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• · Provide general administrative assistance to the Regulatory team.
• The role reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Projects and PR with an extended team of 5 team members.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• · Graduate/ Undergraduate in BBA or Engineering.
• · Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• · Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• · Generate useful insights through research on industry and global trends.
• · Prepare and present periodic reports on the assigned projects.
• · Attend team meetings and meet the stakeholders related to the assigned projects.
• · Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas on existing processes and systems.
• · Aid the department to improve their coordination and productivity.
• · Be mentored by a Jazz professional to guide you through your extensive learning experience.
• · Attend social networking activities and build relationship with your peers/stakeholders.
