What is Senior Analyst Venture Support Team?

Sr. Analyst Venture Support Team is responsible for the daily operational activities of HQ venture organization that includes number crunching, reporting, documentation, creating dashboards for Digital products, KPIs and financial statements, performing weekly, monthly and yearly analysis, coordination with OpCOs on digital asset metrics reporting.

This role assists HQ Ventures team in S2P process requirements (Sourcing & Contracting, Requisitions, Receipting & Invoicing). Further, the role supports accounting and financial procedures for venture entities and investments.

The role reports directly to Manager Venture Support Team.

What does Senior Analyst Venture Support Team do?

• Responsible for regular monthly reporting along with ad-hoc requirements.
• Performing analytical reviews on Virtual PLs and Digital KPIs.
• Coordination of accuracy, deadlines, QAs on digital reporting with Opcos.
• Supports and maintain all reporting database including excel templates and data retrieves from other sources.
• Number crunching for digital products financials and KPIs.
• Supports Head of Venture Support and Manager Venture support on reporting and documentation of on-going due diligence projects.
• Supports the documentation of DD reports, deliverables and milestones of projects.
• Assists in implementing process improvement for Ventures operations and propose policy implementation where required.
• Assists in documentation for SOX requirements, compliance requirements and reporting requirements for investments.
• Ensures S2P process requirements are fulfilled (PR/PO, PO Receipting, receipt and accrual posting, visibility on accruals etc.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Senior Analyst Venture Support?

• Bachelors in Accounting Finance/ACCA/CA/ACMA with 3-5 years of working experience. (Masters will be a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Project Management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems and Source to Pay Process
• Detailed knowledge of accounting and reporting
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Persistent / confident, stakeholder management, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable, logical, creative & innovative
