INTRODUCTION

Jazz, in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), presents "Empower," an Executive Development Programme for Women Leadership. Aligned with Jazz's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), this residential programme aims to empower women in leadership roles, addressing perceived gender barriers and fostering significant contributions to business strategy. Open to external organizations, Empower focuses on enhancing leadership traits, fostering workplace collaboration, leveraging the digital ecosystem, and providing cross-industry networking opportunities.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

• Empower will be built upon the following key areas of focus:
• Owning your leadership voice and power towards building a personal identity and brand
• Thinking and communicating strategically
• Strengthening your relationships and networks
• Utilizing your Influence to constructively address bias and creating inclusive narrative
• Developing Digital Intelligence

Requirements

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

5-12 years senior management experience

Additional Information:

• Admissions are selective to ensure a diversity of perspectives and experiences

• This will be a 3-day programme that shall take place between May 2024 to November 2024

• Selected candidates will be notified of dates as per their schedules

• Travel cost to and from LUMS is not covered
