 What is Head of Products and Strategy – Deodar ?

This TowerCo specific role will lead product development, budgeting, and strategy functions, and will be responsible for developing business opportunities in into actionable plans and execution.

The role reports directly to the Head of Strategy & Program Management – Deodar. The role will have a team 2 people working on different streams including Product Development, Budgeting and Strategy.

What does Head of Products and Strategy – Deodar do?

·       Managing business side of tower portfolio by evaluating factors like site profitability, tenancies, revenue streams, etc.

·       Identify and develop product and service improvement opportunities, and strategic opportunities for business growth.

·       Assessing the competitive landscape of TowerCos, evaluating their strategies, and identifying market opportunities.

·       Manage internal relationships and lead product development initiatives.

·       Developing comprehensive business plans for tower portfolio expansion, new services, and financial performance projections.

·       Financial evaluation and modelling of potential business opportunities (comparable analysis, DCF analysis, financial impact analysis, etc.)

·       Support in negotiating lease agreements with mobile network operators (MNOs).

·       Provide support in development of business plan and manage overall business plan of the company.

·       Responsible for preparing business cases, management presentations, investment cases, approvals, and topline revenue forecasts.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Products and Strategy - Deodar?

·       Master’s degree in business, with a bachelor's degree in engineering

·       Knowledge of TowerCo industry and business model (must)

·       Experience in TowerCo industry preferred

·       Strong analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills

·       Experience in successfully leading complex projects

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

·       Result-driven approach and problem-solving skills
