What is Expert Learning & Development?

We are looking to hire an ‘Expert Learning & Development’ in the People & Organization division. The role requires an individual that is a quick learner, agile, proactive, and has the ability to take on learning and organizational development projects with end-to-end ownership and responsibility.

The role is the lead PoC for the L&D needs for their tagged divisions with an approximate headcount of 1000 employees.

The role directly reports to Stream Head Talent Management, Learning & Performance with 2 peers, and has no direct reports of its own.

What does Expert Learning & Development do?

System administration and management of our inhouse resources:

Maintaining zero data loss philosophy, where all L&D interventions are routed through system for accurate data collection.

Administration:

These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to efficiently manage organization change initiatives and achieve allocated targets through enhanced employee engagement, ensures zero data loss and 100% data validity and accuracy for analytics, insights and reporting, and caters training needs of the employees within the limits of organization’s policies and procedures, functional/departmental objectives, SOPs and best practices.
