What is Specialist PO Fulfilment?

This role is responsible for execution of transactional Procurement Operations activities. This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work closely with HQ functional teams to understand their needs and execute procurement operations accordingly.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Procurement Operations

What does Specialist PO Fulfilment do?

• Execute transactional Procurement Operations activities according to agreed policy & procedures.
• Working closely with HQ functional departments and resolve any queries or requests within the agreed SLAs.
• Generate Purchase Orders for approved Purchase requisitions
• Monthly & quarterly reporting related to Procurement Operations
• Support in Audit by providing related information.
• Review contracts ensuring compliance around pricing, payment terms, duration, legal entity, etc.
• Maintain contract details in the contract repository.
• Pro-actively propose process/service improvement initiatives to line management highlighting benefits.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with a positive mindset who believes in collaboration with excellent communication skills with 0-1 years of experience.
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting.
• Proactive, self-motivator, team player, works well with others
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to communicate at all levels
• Clear understanding of customer centric approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
