We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of end-to-end digital healthcare experiences across multiple platforms and user personas. This role focuses on translating complex clinical, operational, and regulatory workflows into simple, intuitive, and safe user experiences.

The designer will play a key role in supporting Apna Clinic’s migration from partner-led platforms to in-house technology, while ensuring adherence to healthcare usability, accessibility, and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, CX, Operations, and Clinical teams.

What Does a Senior UI/UX Designer – Digital Healthcare Platforms Do?

Healthcare Experience Design (Category-Specific)

Design and own UX for core healthcare verticals, including:

Doctor Consultations

Pharmacy

Labs

Surgery & Procedures

Multi-Persona Product Design

Design experiences across multiple platforms:

Ensure role-based clarity, minimal cognitive load, and workflow safety for each persona.

In-House Migration Support

UX Research & Validation (Healthcare Context)

Design System Ownership
