What is Regional Manager B2B Sales- JazzCash?
The Regional Manager Sales will lead a high-performing team in a dynamic digital financial environment. The primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through digital financial solutions, such as salary disbursements, digital collections via payment gateway, in-app collections, and over-the-counter (OTC) collections. This role reports directly to the Regional Business Development Head – South and involves managing a team of 12 individuals (both directly and indirectly).

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align team objectives and business goals.
- Team Understanding: Gain an in-depth understanding of your division’s structure, functions, and how your role fits within the team.
- Product Mastery: Learn the full range of JazzCash products, pricing structures, processes, and the value propositions offered to business partners.
- Market and Partnerships Insight: Understand the market dynamics, targets, and existing partnerships within your region.
- Business Development: Focus on identifying and securing new partnerships. Negotiate and finalize deals, then hand over to the onboarding team for implementation.
- Sales Performance Management: Set and track aggressive but achievable sales targets for your team, ensuring high performance.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline status, progress, and challenges to regional and national management teams.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about regulatory changes and best practices in Digital Financial Services (DFS) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistent Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Regional Manager B2B Sales- JazzCash?
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Digital Financial Services (DFS) industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, from planning to execution, within the DFS sector.
- Extensive experience in leading teams across multiple organizations in a sales-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior executives (CXOs) in client organizations.
- Solid technical understanding of DFS solutions and competitive market propositions.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment of DFS as set by the SBP.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in disbursements and collections.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and tracking performance.
