The Regional Manager for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and growth of FTTH services within a designated region. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive market penetration and ensure successful delivery of FTTH solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement regional strategies to drive the adoption and expansion of FTTH services.
• Set and achieve regional goals for sales, customer acquisition, and service deployment.

• Oversee the planning and execution of FTTH projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and installation teams to ensure high-quality service provision.

• Lead and mentor a team of FTTH professionals, including sales, technical, and customer service staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment through training, support, and performance management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with FTTH services.

• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to capture market share and enhance service offerings.

• Drive sales initiatives and work with the sales team to achieve revenue targets for FTTH services.
• Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all FTTH operations.

• Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, project status, and market conditions to senior management.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing FTTH projects or similar telecommunications services.
• Strong understanding of FTTH technology, deployment processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and drive results.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in specific telecommunications sector or market.
• Familiarity with specific FTTH technologies or platforms.
• Knowledge of regional market conditions and customer preferences.

Working Conditions:

• Travel within the designated region is required.
• Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines and client needs.
