Role Summary:

Lead the structural and civil design of telecom passive infrastructure for new rollouts and site upgrades. Responsible for design development, structural modelling, implementation oversight, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Design:
  Develop and validate site-specific engineering drawings; ensure compliance with standards and site conditions.
• Structural Assessments:
  Conduct tower health audits, EPA validations, and strengthening designs for aging infrastructure.
• Civil Works Maintenance:
  Oversee maintenance of site structures; prioritize rectifications and implement preventive strategies.
• Compliance & Quality:
  Ensure adherence to TIA-222, IEC, and local codes; conduct audits and enforce quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Guide rollout teams; collaborate with vendors and consultants to optimize construction practices.

Requirements

• BSc/BE in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in telecom civil works, tower assessments, and strengthening solutions
• Structural analysis, EPA & wind load calculations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
• Knowledge of telecom standards (TIA-222, IEC)
• Strong problem-solving and reporting abilities
