What is Manager Digitalization?

Develop a secure, AI-enabled HR digital, AI and Analytical solutions that serve employees, HR and leadership teams to carry out essential HR activities and decisions with maximum efficiency and best in class user experience. We are looking for a hands-on Project, Product & Engineering professional to own the end-to-end delivery from product strategy and backlog through fullstack development oversight, app/web build, vendor management and enterprise integration ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in full compliance with cybersecurity and audit guidelines.

This role bridges product management, technical leadership, and program delivery. You’ll coordinate amongst people team, Oracle, VEON IT and third‑party vendors, validate solution architecture, and review cost structures for development, delivery, and licensing.

What does Manager Digitalization do?

  1. Leads Product Roadmap & Backlog: Approved scope, phased roadmap, and prioritized backlog with clear business outcomes.
  2. Finalize Architecture Blueprint with the 3rd Party Providers, integration dynamics (incl. Oracle), security controls, auditability etc.
  3. Cost evaluation, reviewed vendor quotes (build, delivery, licensing), TCO model and negotiation notes documented.
  4. Multi‑Vendor Delivery Plan & Governance, RACI, sprint schedule, vendor SLAs, and executive reporting cadence.
  5. Integrations across different dependable systems (in parallel with MVP): Manage integrations with Oracle and internal systems (SSO, payroll interfaces, notifications).
  6. Deployment & Change Management: Cutover plan, user training, support model, and adoption KPIs achieved at go‑live.
  7. End to end ownership of the products working on. Thinking big, not just inside, exploring how the products can interact with outside stakeholders.
