What is Manager Digitalization?
Develop a secure, AI-enabled HR digital, AI and Analytical solutions that serve employees, HR and leadership teams to carry out essential HR activities and decisions with maximum efficiency and best in class user experience. We are looking for a hands-on Project, Product & Engineering professional to own the end-to-end delivery from product strategy and backlog through fullstack development oversight, app/web build, vendor management and enterprise integration ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in full compliance with cybersecurity and audit guidelines.
This role bridges product management, technical leadership, and program delivery. You’ll coordinate amongst people team, Oracle, VEON IT and third‑party vendors, validate solution architecture, and review cost structures for development, delivery, and licensing.
