What is Specialist Prepaid Segment?

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can develop product ideas and convert them into tangible results to grow the data business while sustaining the voice portfolio. The candidate should have sound analytical skills, experience in product conception and execution, good understanding of product growth strategies, relationship management, and a proven track record in managing high value customer segments.

The team you will join is part of the Jazz Consumer Growth Division and you will be part of 5-member sub-team reporting to the Head of Prepaid Segment and Micro Lending.

What does Specialist Prepaid Segment do?

• Monitor the ongoing competitiveness and profitability of products & services and propose & execute new ideas to achieve revenue growth targets and subscriber engagement KPIs.
• Review post product/price change impact for all pricing initiatives and propose optimal way forward.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other teams: Pricing, Finance, Brands, CVM, Product development, Regional & CC Teams to ensure operational excellence in executing overall strategy.
• Timely execution of all product related communications specially through the BTL mediums.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Prepaid Segment?

• Business graduate from a recognized institute with 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office is an absolute requirement; the candidate must be extremely proficient with Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint. Good to have Tableau skills
• Have sound analytical abilities, problem identification, and resolution skills, and creative/consumer insights abilities.
• Have strong organizational alignment skills to develop and deliver against key strategies
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals
