We are looking for a skilled Solution Engineer – Surveillance (Pre-Sales) with strong expertise in designing end-to-end CCTV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both active and passive components, along with the ability to support pre-sales activities, client engagements, and technical solution development. Experience in project delivery will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end CCTV / surveillance solutions based on client requirements
• Select and integrate active components (cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, networking devices)
• Plan and recommend passive infrastructure (cabling, connectors, racks, power solutions)
• Conduct site surveys and requirement analysis
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and solution documentation
• Provide pre-sales support including client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
•Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Stay updated with latest surveillance technologies and industry trends
• Support project handover to delivery/implementation teams
Requirements
•3–7 years of experience in CCTV / surveillance solution design
• Strong expertise in designing solutions with both active and passive components
• Hands-on knowledge of leading surveillance systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
• Good understanding of networking concepts (IP cameras, LAN/WAN, switching)
• Experience in pre-sales activities including client interaction and proposal development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred / Plus
•Experience in project delivery / implementation
• Exposure to ELV systems (Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.)
• Relevant certifications in surveillance or networking
