What is Expert Growth & Analytics?

Expert Growth and Analytics will be responsible for leveraging data insights, conducting in-depth analysis, and making insightful decisions to optimize user experiences and drive growth and engagement for our Youth oriented digital app. This role will be at the forefront of pioneering innovation, employing data-inspired decision-making to elevate engagement levels, and keep our digital product at the forefront of the industry's advancements.

This position seamlessly integrates data-driven decision-making with a diverse set of product and digital analytics tools, encompassing campaign performance assessment, funnel creation, and detailed user journey mapping to uncover invaluable insights.

The role reports directly to the Head of Postpaid & Youth Segment

What does Expert Growth & Analytics do?

·         Work on growth of Youth oriented digital app, focusing on acquisition and retention strategies

·         Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.

·         Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.

·         Start formulating plans for implementing growth hacking techniques for Jazz digital platforms

·         Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.

·         Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.

·         Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.

·         Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.

·         Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients

·         Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs (MAU, revenue, retention etc) for all digital platforms

·         Updating relevant stakeholders on performance of platforms on a weekly basis

·         Forecasting exercises will fall under the ownership of this role

·         Development of business cases for feature development as well as marketing campaigns

·         Target achievement monitoring and tracking performance against respective targets for each month

·         3+ years’ experience in product management, digital marketing, segmentation or analytics

·         Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. [ Master is a plus ]

·         Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio, Firebase, Big query, Excel, Mix Panel etc

·         Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.

·         Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

·         Ability to make data-driven decisions.

·         Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills
