What is Expert Government Projects Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation?

This position is responsible for overseeing B2G business endeavors and projects, tracking their progress, and ensuring they meet expectations. A dedicated individual to drive our business growth, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure we hit revenue targets. Researching and identifying major project opportunities domestically and abroad is also a key aspect, along with managing government engagement framework within company guidelines for business.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Business Planning & Projects with an extended team of 2 members.

What does Expert Government Projects Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation do?

• Developed a governance framework for the government sector to facilitate engagement and collaboration across divisional teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s compliance guidelines while exploring new business opportunities & collaborations.
• Evaluate project scope and schedule, conduct meetings, distribute progress reports, and engage stakeholders for next step for planning phase.
• Utilize the Agile framework methodology to identify stakeholders, establish and oversee project management procedures, and lead continuous enhancement endeavors.
• Coordinate project planning activities involving stakeholders within specified deadlines, including information gathering, pricing, market analysis, solution design, documentation compilation, earnest money management, and partnership onboarding in accordance with company policies.
• Project execution stakeholder engagement monitoring evaluation progress, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Align revenue forecasts with project budgets during project execution and communicate any deviations to the respective teams.
• Manage tender processes by reviewing incoming tenders, recording deadlines and submission guidelines, and overseeing tender-related project particulars.
• Drive the development of the government segment vertical ecosystem by implementing industry best practices and fostering collaboration with academia and partners.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the TechCo landscape spanning from Infrastructure to Cloud services, M2M/IoT, ICT, Quantica, AdTech, and Financial services.
• Conduct research and development activities to identify large-scale project opportunities both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Government Projects Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation?

• Bachelor (Master preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, ICT, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of techno-commercial experience in a reputed organization.
• In-depth knowledge of ICT solutions, fixed broadband, cloud, telecommunication, digital financial services, managed services, and vertical ecosystems.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in a tender-oriented environment.
• PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years using Agile methodologies in a reputed organization.
• Knowledge of government laws and respective authority regulations.
• End-to-end knowledge of procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-obsessed with an entrepreneurial mind
