What is 'Expert HealthCare Products'?

The Expert Healthcare Products will be responsible for driving the growth and operations of the company’s digital healthcare and insurance verticals. This role includes overseeing online doctor consultations, medicine delivery, lab test bookings, online surgery bookings, AI-driven healthcare recommendations, and digital insurance services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of health-tech, insurance, and AI-driven solutions to scale the platform, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

What does 'Expert HealthCare Products' do?

• Develop and execute the healthcare vertical’s strategy, ensuring smooth operations and service scalability.
• Oversee online doctor consultations, medicine delivery, lab test bookings, and surgery bookings.
• Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Work with AI and data teams to enhance AI-driven healthcare recommendations for personalized treatment plans.
• Lead and expand the digital insurance segment, integrating health and life insurance solutions into the platform.
• Develop partnerships with insurance providers to offer tailored policies for healthcare users.
• Oversee AI-based insurance recommendations to provide customers with the best-suited policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and optimize claims processing for a seamless experience.
• Optimize end-to-end operational efficiency for healthcare and insurance services.
• Ensure smooth integration between healthcare, insurance, logistics, and payment systems.
• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve service issues efficiently.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure top-notch healthcare and insurance services.
• Monitor customer feedback, drive continuous improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with medical and insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Up to date with the industry (Local/Global) Healthcare and insurance business trends

What are we looking for and what does it require to be 'Expert HealthCare Products'?

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital healthcare, telemedicine, InsurTech, or health insurance services.
• Proven experience in scaling healthcare and insurance products in a digital ecosystem.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive healthcare and insurance innovation.
• Deep understanding of digital health platforms, telemedicine, AI-driven recommendations, and insurance models.
• Experience in P&L management, partnerships, and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, claims processing, and underwriting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations.
• Experience in managing health insurance and InsurTech solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare and insurance trends in local and global market
• Prior experience in launching or scaling Health-tech or InsurTech platform
