What is CX Specialist?

This role is responsible s responsible for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product design or development, sales, marketing, account management and so on, in order to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience.

The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience and is a solo role. There are no people reporting to this role.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a CX Sepcialist?

Fresh graduate with a bachelors in UI/UX / Business Analysis or a master level degree

Preferred 1 year experience in an e commerce vertical

Strong critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills

Exceptional time management, communication and project skills
