What is Expert Digital Communication?
The Expert Digital Communication plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing internal communication strategies while also contributing significantly to the digital communications landscape of Jazz. Reporting directly to Head of Digital & Internal Communication, this position holds primary responsibility for internal communications, with a secondary focus on managing and analyzing digital communications to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and foster a positive brand image.
What does Expert Digital Communication do?
- Facilitate thought leadership initiatives for CXOs and senior leaders, guiding them in crafting and delivering compelling messages that align with the company's vision and values.
- Manage communication channels and platforms to ensure senior leaders' messages are effectively conveyed to internal audiences, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies to effectively engage employees and foster a culture of transparency and alignment with organizational goals, including recall and dissemination of company strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and advise on various internal communication initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful rollout.
- Work closely with ESG, Sustainability, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs functions to formalize priority communication.
- Manage the company internal social media channels at Workplace by Meta, curating content to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
- Drive the company's narrative on digital and social media platforms, focusing on internal audience needs while also contributing to external brand building and reputational risk mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, external partners, and stakeholders for content development and execution opportunities, with a focus on internal messaging.
- Plan and execute internal events such as all hands and workshops to facilitate communication and engagement among employees.
- Identify opportunities for narrative building through internal webinars, seminars, and other digital events to foster employee development and organizational cohesion.
- Lead crisis communication management efforts in alignment with the company's business continuity plans, ensuring timely and transparent communication with internal stakeholders.
- Develop digital communication narratives for sustainability projects and showcase them internally for mutual learning and positive impact.
- Maintain strong linkages with all internal stakeholders.
- Utilize strong presentation skills and storytelling techniques to effectively convey complex ideas and engage internal audiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience in internal and digital communications.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills, with a focus on internal audience engagement.
- Proven understanding and experience in design/content development across video and static formats.
- Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role within a reputable organization, with a focus on internal communications.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and WordPress, with a keen understanding of internal communication platforms and tools, including Workplace by Meta.
- Familiarity with social and digital media platforms and related analytics tools.
- Strong presentation skills and storytelling abilities, with an ability to effectively convey complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Acumen for teamwork and ethical business practices, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
