What is Expert Employer Branding & Culture?
This role is responsible to manage and enhancing Jazz’s brand as an employer and to cultivate a positive workplace culture. This role encompasses an employer branding strategy to drive Jazz’s position as a respected and best employer via a strong employee value proposition.
This role collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to build academia linkages whilst playing a pivotal role in Jazz's transformation from Tech to a Digital company. This may involve leveraging various channels i.e. social media and employer branding campaigns.
Developing internal communication strategies to engage employees and reinforce the organization’s values and culture. This includes employee events, employee engagement pulse and ensuring actionable items are in place and executed with an aim to enhance the overall work environment.
It requires working with senior management as well to design external employee brand perception. Monitor media as well relating to any comments on work experience. Plan and manage jazz alumni events.
Expert Employer Branding & Culture plays a critical role in shaping how the organization is perceived by both internal and potential employees, ultimately impacting its ability to attract and engage top talent.
What does Expert Employer Branding & Culture do?
Strategic Development & Implementation
- Work closely with HR Leadership team, CRA and Marketing teams to design and roll out of an employer-branding framework positioning Jazz as a digital operator and as the most loved company externally and internally.
- Strengthen the link between the internal and external perspectives of a company.
- Have a deep understanding of Jazz and culture of the company.
- Stay up to date on current trends in the labor market.
- Creation and promotion of digital content on the right external mediums as part of an integrated employer branding & communications strategy followed by measuring/tracking of Jazz’s employer standing on these mediums.
- Assist in tapping ‘thought leadership’ avenues to help promote a positive image for Jazz as an employer in partnership with corporate communications.
- The design and roll out of a culture transformation framework encompassing the employee value proposition (EVP) and initiatives to drive it internally and externally.
- Drive awareness around the culture and values of Jazz and ensure they are embedded in all processes and practices that drive employee experience.
Strengthen Recruitment Process
- Creation or support of the company’s recruitment and career pages.
- Creation of suitable campaigns to support recruiting.
- Set-up and maintenance of recruiting profiles on job boards.
- Administration and management of employer evaluation portals. Prevent negative reviews.
- Participation in relevant recruiting and job fairs.
- Development and establishment of (local) career fairs together with other companies in the industry.
- Support external branding initiatives and programs to enable the right positioning and pull amongst potential employees (including but not limited to academia drives, internship programs, etc.).
Employee Engagement
- Being proactive and take steps to ensure high employee engagement and keep a pulse on if the employees are content and committed.
- Conduct regular surveys, pulse checks.
- Organize focus groups or events to reinforce team building and communication.
- Introduction of tools and plans to measure and improve employee engagement levels on a consistent basis allowing respective teams to continuously work on focus areas.
- Suggest action planning strategies and maintaining a track to ensure the committed plans are executed and are adding value to the employee experience.
- Through measures like these, employer branding managers can help create a positive corporate culture that encourages employees to express positive opinions about the company online.
- Showcase Jazz’s culture thorough social media (Instagram etc).
- Design external employee brand perception. Monitor media as well relating to any comments on work experience. Plan and Manage jazz alumni events.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Employer Branding & Culture?
- Bachelors/Masters with minimum 02 years working experience in Communications, Employee Engagement, Culture and overall 5-7 years of experience.
- Employer branding managers take on different roles in the development of an employer brand. They are networkers with a strong presence in the company, support the management in building an attractive corporate culture and have basic knowledge of brand management as well as in the communication and HR areas.
- Familiarity with Employee Value Proposition.
- Hands on experience of Employee engagement surveys and techniques.
- Familiarity with culture transformation levers.
- Creativity and passion about creating experiences and journeys with the customer in mind.
