What is Ops Executive?
As an Executive, you play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall processes. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing various core business and financial services business related operational tasks, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance overall DFS Sales performance.
What does Executive - Channel Planning and Insights do?
Franchise Onboarding/Offboarding:
• End to End handling in Franchise Documentation (Induction, COO, Suspension, Termination)
• Execute Franchise Final Settlements of resigned and terminated franchises, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
• Ensure appropriate/sufficient stock issuance against assigned targets to newly onboarded franchise.
• Backend support to DFS team for new partner’s induction.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Working closely with fraud/compliance/MMBL/FIA teams to ensure SBP laws/regulations are followed by the channel.
• Communication of new processes to Franchise channel as per updated Business requirements.
• Coordination with MMBL & Sales team regarding suspended agents’ feedback & restoration.
• Highlight Sales team regarding anomalies and suspicious DFS activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Review prior reports on sales trends and progress on daily and monthly DFS performance including but not limited to M Wallets, Cash In & DR
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Implement dashboards and reporting tools to visualize DFS KPIs and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Detailed analysis of the DFS business and highlight improvement areas to senior management.
• Foreseeing the challenges and its impact on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges
• Establish Profitability Analysis of franchises and make sure channel commision should be synchronized.
• Work with the team on the delivery of different reports / dashboards / tasks to the line manager on channel performance and support.
Sales Team Operations Support:
• Act as a liaison between sales and MMBL departments, addressing operational issues and ensuring seamless communication.
• Handle DFS Operations (Agent On boarding, Credit Monitoring etc.).
• Assisting franchise partners in addressing and resolving Jazz Cash & banking-related issues.
• Work as a liaison between Sales Channel and Head Office for day-to-day DFS operations issues.
• Provide back-end support in franchise/Retailer related operations such as complaint lodging, escalation, Mistake Transactions etc.
• Ensures compliance with the defined timelines of targets and KPIs (domestic remittance (DR), cash-in, and mobile wallets) across the region.
• Timely escalation of Channel Complaints as well as share resolution details with Sales team.
• Addressing the business queries raised by Sales team by sound and thorough analysis and recommendations.
Franchise DFS Credit Management:
• Oversaw DFS Credit Management includes Credit Issuance & Recovery for franchises channel during weekly and gazetted holidays to support the channel & ensure business continuity on grounds.
• Managed Franchise Credit Guarantee Cheques Activities, ensuring all necessary documentation was properly maintained.
Projects & Process Optimization:
• Developed comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational objectives, to ensure successful implementation of special initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams to streamline reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Facilitated seamless coordination among cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment for the successful execution of projects outlined in the job descriptions.
• Foster a collaborative environment, bridging communication gaps between departments to drive a unified approach to sales operations.
• Backup role for GSM operations & reporting.
