Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analytics Engineer with a passion for data analytics, ELT operations, and database management. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Teradata, SQL, and data warehousing concepts and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a 24/7 operations environment.

As part of our diverse Data Warehouse (DWH) team, you will work with cutting-edge data technologies and report directly to the Practice Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing ELT/ETL workflows to support data processing.
• Support Teradata database operations, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Provide 24/7 monitoring and support for critical data pipelines.
• Work in a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
• Assist in automation, performance tuning, and process optimization of ELT pipelines.
• Document database structures, queries, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in ELT/ETL operations, data analytics, or database management.
• Basic understanding of Teradata database administration and SQL development.
• Familiarity with ETL/BI tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting for automation.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including rotational shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Education

• Bachelors in Computer Science / Software Engineering
