What is Business Development Expert - Central A?

• The role reports directly to the Head of Business development Central A and has 3 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 140+ team members
• It is L3 level position if we review it from responsibility, quantum and the skill set perspective.
• Managing complete sub-region with the business and the team management KPIs.
• 3-4 RDMs will be directly reporting to BDM.

What does Business Development Expert - Central A do?

Execution of all KPIs with quality value addition

• Target planning with regional team and strategizing the plan to overachieve them
• Merchant (Tier 1 & 2-onboarding, business development, its monthly account management, volume generation and month on month growth.
• Agent onboarding and activating on agent base on monthly basis
• BVS devices deployment and customer onboarding through retail
• Overall franchise, channel and retail management
• Oversee a field force of Brand Ambassadors and onboard quality Mobile Wallet customers
• Developing and enabling “one retail” and converge them into JazzCash Platinum outlets
• Ensuring trade visibility and market activations throughout the region
• Alignment of team with company’s goals
• Team management and team motivation with alignment to daily tasks

• Experience: 8 years plus in Sales / Digital Financial Service
• Educational requirements: Graduation
• Soft skills and technical skills required: Relationship Building, Time Management, Critical Thinking / Problem Solving
