What is Jazz Business Consultant?

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Jazz Business Consultant to help us build up our business B2B sales activities. JBC's responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

The role reports directly to the Team Lead.

What does Jazz Business Consultant do?

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Set up meetings with potential B2B Accounts and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
• Visit the market and make good relations with corporate customers
• Have knowledge of IoT / M2M / CMT/ office 365 and all cloud base products
• Have knowledge of Fix data/calling
• Achieve company assigned monthly Sales target
• Bring new Corporate, SME & SOHO customers on board
• Send DVR and Pipeline reports on a regular basis

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Jazz Business Consultant?

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as Business Explorer, JBC or relevant role

• Ability to operate Remotely

• Should possess hands on experience in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Presentation.

• Fast learner; can understand product descriptions and key selling points quickly

• Patient and should have a positive attitude.

• Proactive Approach, Self-motivated attitude to help customers.

• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.

• Having minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• Presentation Skills
