Job Title: Intern – People & Organization HQ

What does Intern – People & Organization HQ do?

The Intern will work closely with the People & Organization (P&O) team at HQ to support a range of analytical and strategic initiatives focused on culture, skills, and organizational development. This role offers exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities include:

· Work with the HQ HR team to understand and analyze the evolving culture, skills, and structure of the organization

· Support data collection and analysis on team skills, relevant benchmarks, and workforce demographics

· Assist in researching and interpreting competitor and industry trends to support internal decision-making

· Help prepare briefing notes, presentations, and dashboards for leadership on various P&O initiatives

· Explore trends in employer branding and help draft content (e.g., EVP campaigns, LinkedIn posts)

· Research HR and organizational practices from other companies to draw insights for internal use

Requirements

· A keen interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields

· Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a plus

· Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Students with academic backgrounds in LLM, LLB, Economics, or other disciplines not directly related to HR but with a strong interest in the field are encouraged to apply
