What is Analyst Venture Support Team?

Analyst Venture Support Team assists in the daily operational activities of HQ Venture Organization including reporting, documentation, vendor management including PO fulfilment, monitoring costs, supporting the regular/ad-hoc reporting, performing monthly analysis, addressing all ad-hoc queries from other HQ teams.

The main objective of this position is to help Venture operations on day to day activities and helping to increase the transparency and reporting capabilities within the limitations of Group reporting framework and relevant authorisations and directions.

The role reports directly to Manager Venture Support Team.

What does Analyst Venture Support Team do?

• Supports and maintains all reporting database including excel templates and data retrieves from other sources.
• Number crunching for digital products financials and KPIs.
• Follow ups on submission of actual and budget reporting from Opcos.
• PO fulfilment, PO receipting and reporting for existing projects in order to reflect the costs in correct period.
• Supports Venture Support Team Manager on reporting and documentation of ongoing due diligence projects.
• Maintains a regular internal cost reporting for ongoing deals including breakdowns of hours for DD provider for Legal, Finance, Tax and Compliance and highlighting the potential overruns in advance.
• Continuous improvement of reporting capabilities, increasing the robustness of information, increasing the response times for ad-hoc requests and automation.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Analyst Venture Support Team?

• Bachelors in Accounting Finance/ACCA/CA/ACMA with 1 to 2 years of working experience.(Masters will be a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Projects Management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Detailed knowledge of accounting and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Source to Pay Process
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Persistent / confident, stakeholder management, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable, logical, creative & innovative
