What is Expert Management Reporting?

Expert Management Reporting will work on weekly and monthly reporting of financials and non-financial KPIs. The individual will also be responsible for weekly estimation of monthly and quarterly financials and report it to group finance and articulating the actual performance against targets and business plan. The individual is also expected to engage with external stakeholders where necessary, build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration where possible and must work with the DFS product/service and bank’s teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.

What does Expert Management Reporting do?

• Weekly reporting of financials and non-financials KPIs
• Estimated flash reporting of financials
• Monthly closing of financials (EBITDA/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow) and analysis in comparison with forecast and budget
• Capitalization and maintaining a FAR (Fixed Asset Register)
• Deep dive in Opex and Capex
• Precure to Pay Process
• Automation of accruals and aging analysis
• Segment wise P&L reporting
• Forecasting and Performance Management for DFS Segment
• Analyze performance of the DFS segment on Key Performance Indicators
• Assist the DFS business team in the preparation of forecast and business plan.
• Participate and organize the business challenge meetings
• Engage with external stakeholders where necessary, build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration where possible and must work with the product/service and bank’s teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.
• Prepare KPI reporting, ensure completeness of all KPI reports. Align business definitions

What are we looking for and what does it require to be *role title*?

• 2-4 years’ with at least 2 years in accounting/management reporting, business analytics, or performance management
• Relevant graduate/ undergraduate Degree or professional certification in Finance
• Hands-on working experience in financial models in Excel; desirable expertise in BI Tools/SQL
• Strong analytical skills
• Telecom, banking and financial services; relevant experience in Fintech will be preferred
• Strong business sense and understanding of financial concepts and numbers
