What is Stream Head Digital Analytics & Strategy?
The Stream Head Digital Analytics & Strategy is a senior role tasked with establishing advanced digital analytics to drive growth and engagement for our digital products. This position encompasses strategic business planning, commercial strategy development, and the creation of comprehensive AdTech reporting, stakeholder dashboards, and statistical modeling. It also involves high-level commercial negotiations with partners, evaluating the valuation potential of digital products, supporting the development of AI and LLM-based features, and identifying and executing monetization strategies. This role demands deep expertise in digital analytics, commercial acumen, and strategic foresight to achieve our ambitious objectives.
The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Products & Growth.
What does Stream Head Digital Analytics & Strategy do?
Advanced Analytics and Performance
- Develop, set up, and drive the execution of an advanced analytics and performance strategy for digital products, involving the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights, optimizing customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Prepare dashboards for data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use different analytics and attribution tools to measure and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, improving CACs and ROAS.
- Assist growth and product teams in identifying potential audiences and opportunity sets to drive growth and engagement for the digital platforms.
- Support tech teams in building and training recommendation engines, large language models (LLMs), and AI-based features
- Work with data and commercial teams to identify opportunities for cross-collaboration, resulting in KPI growth, ARPU uplift, and supporting the company’s revenue and Multiplay ambitions.
Business Strategy and Commercial Planning
- Develop comprehensive business and financial plans for digital products, detailing growth projections and financial performance.
- Formulate and implement monetization strategies ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify valuation potential for digital products and create detailed business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for direct and indirect app monetization while also optimizing AdTech sales.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
- Lead high-level negotiations with diverse stakeholders, including payment gateways, advertisers, OMNOs, and mini-app partners, to finalize commercial agreements and pricing strategies.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives and long-term collaboration goals.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and dashboards to partners, delivering actionable insights and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes
Product Growth and Engagement:
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to identify features with the potential to drive platform growth and engagement.
- Conduct pre- and post-analysis for product feature launches, design tweaks, and usability study impacts.
- Work with growth, brand, and digital marketing teams to evaluate the performance of key marketing initiatives, identify channels that generate marketing-qualified leads, and enhance marketing acquisition efficiency.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Stream Head Digital Analytics & Strategy?
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, product growth, and business planning.
- Proficient in advanced analytics techniques, data processing, and statistical modeling.
- Strong background in commercial strategy development, business planning, and monetization of digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools, including but not limited to Mixpanel, Firebase, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of performance marketing and digital campaign analytics.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing high-level commercial negotiations with various stakeholders, including payment gateways and strategic partners.
- Good understanding of AI and LLM-based models using large sets of product data and building recommendation engines.
- Understanding of the GSM business, including pricing strategies, customer profiling, and market dynamics will be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of product valuation and well-versed in the operational aspects of growth stage digital products.
- Prior experience in scaling digital products and setting up analytics and performance tracking will be a plus.
- Result-oriented, innovative, flexible and logical.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance
