We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can redefine the Business Canvas Model for a Digital Operator, with a strong understanding of platform-led business models over standalone products.
The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of product, brand, and commercial strategy, and will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing digital platforms, including flagship initiatives across customer engagement and revenue generation.
This role requires someone who can independently lead initiatives end-to-end, from conceptualization and positioning to go-to-market execution, campaign management, and revenue realization while ensuring strong alignment between customer value, brand narrative, and commercial outcomes.
The candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and forward-looking, someone who can anticipate market needs, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into scalable, revenue-generating solutions.
The goal is to develop best-in-class, customer-centric products, establish a clear strategic direction, and drive execution with a strong focus on adoption, engagement, and commercial impact.
The successful candidate must be customer-obsessed, highly analytical, resourceful, and comfortable operating across all levels of the organization while influencing key business and revenue decisions in a fast-paced environment.
The role reports directly to Head of Digital Services & has 2 resources reporting to it.
What does Stream Head Products & Growth do?
· Own and drive end-to-end product commercialization, including product strategy, go-to-market, and revenue realization across all the services.
· Track and optimize core KPIs including revenue, engagement, churn, and customer experience
· Develop and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards with actionable insights for leadership
· Lead go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and campaign planning to drive awareness, adoption, and growth
· Manage and optimize campaign execution, including partner-funded campaigns and platform-led initiatives
· Develop and scale sustainable revenue streams through innovative, partner-led and platform-driven business models
· Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy, including forecasting and yield optimization
· Drive business development and strategic partnerships, including pitching, onboarding, and partner management
· Build strong commercial narratives and media plans to unlock incremental revenue opportunities
· Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, MARCOM, CX, Segments, and Finance to deliver business outcomes
· Ensure seamless coordination for product launches, campaign execution, and operational excellence
· Own revenue tracking, financial modeling, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting
· Manage cost structures, third-party partnerships, and financial projections in line with business objectives
· Leverage data to drive segmentation, targeting, and growth strategies, continuously optimizing performance
· Build actionable dashboards and insights to enable better decision-making across teams
· Lead product lifecycle management — from ideation and research to development, launch, and scale
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy to refine product roadmap
· Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
· Work closely with CEM to ensure customer-centric design and enhanced user experience

Requirements
· 4-6 years of experience across Product, Brand, Growth, or Commercial roles
· Strong understanding of platform-based business models and revenue-driven strategies
· Proven ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle and commercialization, ideally across platforms such as CallPerks or similar initiatives
· Experience in go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, or media execution is a strong plus
· Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, financial modeling, and revenue management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
· Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, and performance tracking tools
· Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
· Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
