Expert Digital Financial Services Channels

The incumbent will be responsible to lead B2C business under the BVS regime in driving footprint expansion, servicing, and compliance within the S&D channel.

He/she will oversee DFS channels (BVS, Retailer App), optimize KPIs, and implement growth strategies for active agent base and shall acts as a bridge between product, technical, operations, and channel teams to ensure timely feature rollouts, operational efficiency, and robust go-to-market execution.

The role reports to Stream Head Channel Interoperability & Planning with an extended team of 3 to 4 persons.

What does ‘Expert Digital Financial Services Channels’ do?

·        Responsible for looking after B2C business through BVS regime of JazzCash at S&D channel

·        Design and implement DFS BVS Footprint strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

·        Devise plan for enablers: BVS Footprint Expansion, Serving, Credit & Float

·        Propose changes in KPI scorecard with respect to business plans of DFS Active Agent Base

·        Lead the end-to-end management of DFS channels (BVS, Retailer App)

·        Coordinate with technical and product teams for timely development and deployment of features and enhancements

·        Monitor KPIs such as transaction volumes, active BVS Retail Base, franchise to retail serving, market float, stock outs

·        Plan and engage channel on increasing retail footprint, set yearly/monthly ambition for BVS expansion

·        Maintain effectual bridge between product owners, operations, technology and channel, devise robust go to market strategy while maintaining effective communication

Requirements

·        In-depth knowledge of market practices and telecom and DFS distribution networks
