What is Manager Product Analytics & Growth
In this role you will be the data champion for Jazz’s Lifestyle Ventures, ensuring actionable insights are at the core of every decision. You’ll design, implement, and optimize analytics frameworks that measure user behavior, engagement, and conversion across web and app platforms.
This position demands a unique blend of analytical depth, commercial sharpness, and product sensibility. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI, technical teams and business stakeholders to to ensure that every product decision is backed by robust data and every customer touchpoint is optimized for growth and enhance customer experience.
Product Analytics & Growth Optimization
· Conduct in-depth analysis for digital products of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
· Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to extract insights that guide product enhancements, growth experiments, and customer targeting strategies.
· Critical thinking on business acumen and identify the opportunities on business problems and devise the end-to-end plan with solutions.
· Design and maintain robust digital analytics frameworks tailored for web and mobile product ecosystems.
Growth Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership:
· Brainstorming Digital industry landscape and identifying new gaps for creating engaging products strategies.
· Lead and/or participate in projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and in alignment with business objectives.
· Coordination with Digital Product and Growth teams to identify and act on growth opportunities, customer trends, and market shifts.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive growth.
· Creating visibility to management through automated reporting i.e. Dashboards and identifying red flags pro-actively.
Customer Growth & Journy Intelligence:
· Conduct in-depth user research to understand the target audience, their behaviours, goals, and pain points.
· Map, evaluate, and enhance end-to-end user journeys across Jazz Lifestyle Verticals.
· Identify friction points and optimize for task completion, clarity, and seamless interaction.
· Identify UX gaps and collaborate and develop the information architecture on wireframes, sitemaps, and experience architecture for enhanced usability and retention.
· Create user personas based on research findings to guide design decisions.
· Develop personas, user segments, and journey frameworks to inform product design and marketing strategies.
· Ensure experiences are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with user expectations.
Apart from the details mentioned above for the given role, responsibilities and deliverables will include the following:
· In-App Analytics/ Engagement tracking/ User preferences/Firebase & Mix panel Analytics
· Digital users cross product analysis with GSM and other products
· Forecasting subscribers, revenue and other critical KPIs preferably using Advanced analytics Models.
· Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs i.e. MAU’s DAU’s, Revenue, Churn etc.
· Updating management and key stakeholders on performance
· Deep dives to point out areas of improvement essential for business growth.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Product Analytics & Growth?
· 7+ years’ experience Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Customer Growth Management
· Prior experience of working in Digital or GSM sector
· Master/Bachelor ’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics/ Advance Analytics
· Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, and other technical competitive tools available in the market.
· Deep knowledge of evolving digital market
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Ability to make data-driven decision’s.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills with high command on presentation making and data modeling
