What is Application Test Engineer?

As a Application Test Engineer at Jazz, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. You will work closely with the development team to test applications and identify issues to ensure the highest quality products.

What Does Application Test Engineer Do?

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA or other issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper bug fixes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues before product release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium, JUnit, and other testing tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of test automation and scripting languages.
• "Familiarity with AI-powered code assistants, automated testing, and AI-driven DevSecOps tools preferred
