What is Expert Digital Platforms & Products?
The Expert Digital Platforms & Products function plays a critical role in driving digital innovation and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) within the enterprise solutions stream. This role is responsible for overseeing all technological developments, ensuring that digital platforms and applications are continuously enhanced to meet evolving business and customer needs. It also involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring timely and high-quality releases. A key focus of this role is to explore and implement innovative digital solutions, particularly in enhancing digital onboarding processes to streamline customer acquisition and engagement. By aligning technology initiatives with strategic business goals, the function ensures a seamless and impactful digital experience across the organization.
What does an Expert Digital Platforms & Products do?
Key responsibilities
- Enable the business operations and their associated processes.
- Drive Digital Transformation within Jazz Business.
- Redesign complete product creation lifecycle across the entire portfolio of products.
- Handle product development initiatives for enterprise solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of innovative products and services.
- Manage and deliver technological developments on the E-Care Platform (JBW), ensuring the platform is continually optimized to meet business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the release of updates and new versions for the JBW Mobile App, ensuring a smooth rollout and functionality.
- Drive improvements in digital customer onboarding processes, enhancing user experience and reducing time-to-market for new services.
- Conduct data analysis to deep-dive and discover improvements in digital systems.
- Gather new Change Request (CR) requirements, facilitate solution discovery, prepare business case approvals, and track the deployment process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Handle all technology-related issues for enterprise solutions, providing resolutions and ensuring continuous platform availability.
- Oversee system upgrades, ensuring they are implemented effectively and without disruption to business operations.
- Support CX and regional teams for project deliveries impacting processes or customer experience.
Key Deliverables
- Successful product launches for enterprise solutions.
- Continuous improvement and development of the JBW platform and mobile app.
- Streamlined and efficient digital onboarding processes for customers, contributing to faster service rollouts.
- Effective resolution of technology-related issues for enterprise solutions.
- On-time deployment of new CR requirements, tracked through UATs and successful delivery.
- Seamless system upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Close collaboration with product managers to translate product vision and roadmaps into tangible deliverables.
- Work with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to ensure platform capabilities align with business goals.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define platform roadmaps, use cases, and strategic priorities.
- Define and enforce platform standards, APIs, modularity, and integration frameworks.
- Identify opportunities and implement projects for automating all customer-related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise solutions, and program management.
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms, exploring payment solutions, and leading product development initiatives.
- Strong background in change request management, solution discovery, and handling technology-related issues.
- PMP Certified/Practitioner
- Scrum Master Certified/Practitioner
- Microsoft Office and Visio
