What is Specialist Cloud & AI Security?
Specialist Cloud & AI Security is responsible to secure cloud environments and AI/ML systems against evolving cyber threats. This role focuses on protecting cloud infrastructure, applications, data pipelines, and AI models from misconfigurations, adversarial attacks, and data breaches while ensuring compliance and resilience.
The role reports directly to the Manager Architecture & Cloud Security with an extended team of 15 team members.
What does Specialist Cloud & AI Security do?
1. Design and implement secure architectures across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Enforce security best practices:
a. Identity & Access Management (IAM)
b. Network segmentation (VPCs, private endpoints)
c. Encryption (at rest, in transit, key management)
3. Deploy and manage cloud security tools (CSPM, CWPP, CIEM)
4. Conduct cloud security posture assessments and hardening
5. Secure AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → deployment → inference)
6. Mitigate AI-specific threats:
a. Data poisoning
b. Model inversion / extraction
c. Adversarial attacks
7. Implement controls for:
a. Model integrity and versioning
b. Secure APIs for AI services
c. Protection of training datasets and sensitive data
8. Develop detection rules for AI-specific abuse patterns
9. Ensure compliance with:
a. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks
b. Data privacy regulations (GDPR, local laws)
10. Conduct risk assessments for cloud and AI deployments
11. Define policies for responsible and secure AI usage

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Cloud & AI Security Expert?
· Functional
o Ability to organize, plan and document tasks;
o Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders;
o Possess good logical and analytical skills to help in analysis of Cyber Security risks
· Technical
o Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP security controls
o Strong understanding of:
§ IAM, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers
§ Cloud-native logging and monitoring
o Strong knowledge of:
§ Network security, encryption, secure protocols
§ Vulnerability management and incident response
§ Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, LogRhythm, etc.)
o Understanding of:
§ ML lifecycle and model deployment
§ AI-specific risks (adversarial ML, model theft)
o Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus
