What is Head HR Business Partner -  JazzCash?

As a Head HR Business Partner, your role is to understand business challenges with regards to people and execute solutions with the help of HR teams and COE, keeping in view the overall organizational objectives and values. You will work with regular interaction with the People Managers and the wider employee base within the domain. The interactions will result in effective execution of frameworks and an enhanced people pulse.

The role reports directly to the CHRO JazzCash.

What does Head HR Business Partner -  JazzCash do?

·       Ensure the effective execution of COE frameworks.

·       Identify people challenges and implement a robust engagement plan.

·       Consolidate HR solutions and take ownership of all HR processes.

·       Lead transformational efforts to execute the long-term people strategy.

·       Visit regional locations to gain deeper business insights.

·       Define business requirements and align strategic HR priorities accordingly.

·       Integrate HR priorities seamlessly into the overall business planning process.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Head HR Business Partner -  JazzCash?

·       Experience in the financial services sector is a must, preferably a commercial bank

·       Minimum Masters with at least 12 or more years of HR Experience.

·       Strong stakeholder management is key to success for this role.

·       Strong Business Knowledge/Acumen, Negotiation, Communication, Stakeholder Management and Data Savviness are essential.

·       The candidate should be fluent with MS Office and analytics

·       Embed the right workplace culture and ways of work in the organizational fabric for effective employee engagement.

·       Creative problem solver who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways to enable business and people.

·       Strong communicator with the ability to present crisp and well-articulated thoughts

·       Self-driven and intellectually curious individual able to carry out impactful discussions

·       Execute employee relation matters ensuring actions are compliant with the values, code of conduct and the law of the land
