What is Specialist IAM Security Planning & Delivery?
The role reports directly to the Head of Cyber Security Access Management & Project Delivery and is part of 8 team members.
What does Specialist IAM Security Planning & Delivery do?
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of identity and access management solutions.
- Manage the JML (Joiner, Movers, and Leavers) process for Employees, Partners and Vendors.
- Design the complete JML journey and processes.
- Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and inactivation of access.
- Strive for continuous improvement in existing processes / workflows.
- Plan, build, test, manage, and update security for the protection of and access to Jazz Systems.
- Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or in collaboration with other Information Systems teams and/or stakeholders, while adhering to internal service standards.
- Enforce organizational policies and procedures to ensure only authorized personnel have access to information in compliance with the Minimum Necessary Rules.
- Participate in ongoing auditing and risk assessments, and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop system access and security implementation plans derived from operational users needs and requests.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on standard operating procedures, system configurations, and technical settings for internal team use, end user support, and other teams as needed.
- Vendor co-ordinations and customizations through planned activities.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and support of RBAC (Role Based Access Controls) and ABAC (Attribute Based Access Controls).
- Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC.
- Support business development activities such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
- Assist with proposals and RFP responses related to identity and access management.
- Be a thought leader and contribute to the creation of new and innovative service offerings to drive business.

Requirements
- 1-2 years direct experience in Identity & Access Management or enterprise-level application integration.
- Comprehensive Middleware / Software Development and technical solution implementation experience.
- Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process
- modelling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
- Technically fluent in at least one programming language.
- Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAUTH 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Any vendor experience of integration/rollout with IAM /PAM /SSO solution will be a plus.
- Understanding of various Databases and their clients.
- Experience with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication,
- authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption methods.
- Network and server hardening understanding for new deployments.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and
- methodologies.
- Experience on JIRA/ServiceNow platform workflow design will be an advantage.
- VA and Patch management know how, for windows and Linux Servers.
- Knowledge of Network, Databases, Windows, and Linux.
- Any Cyber Security certifications will be a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
