What is Expert Sustainability

Expert Sustainability will be involved in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns linking to the HQ’s CSR vision and exploring relationships with sustainability partners providing digital solutions. The incumbent would be working on the internal promotion of sustainability related initiatives

What does Expert Sustainability do?

• Manage the execution of sustainability campaigns aligning with Jazz’s core values
• Coordinate with Compliance teams to understand the Social Investment Policy and procedures
• Make sure all compliance-related logins on Securitate are created
• Coordinate division-wide employee communications plan to manage full 360-degree promotions of the campaigns that span Internal, External promotions
• Coordinate and organize meetings with development partners
• Provide support in creating programs to consistently and effectively communicate key Sustainability messages across the organization
• Identify unique and compelling ways to take forward the Sustainability Strategy by exploring new avenues of partnerships

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Sustainability?

The ideal candidate would have a strong passion for sustainability and development initiatives with a creative interpretation of how to best bring the discipline’s related tools to life for Jazz.

The ideal candidate should have the following

• 1.5 years career break and Min Bachelor’s degree, any discipline, preferably social sciences
• Minimum 2 years work experience required prior to career break with relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work flexibly with diverse teams at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good knowledge of using different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience and message
• Ability to work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Client-service orientation and strong execution skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
• Be an avid cross-platform social media user
