Job Title: Expert Experiential Marketing – Jazz
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as an Expert – Experiential Marketing. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all brand-related events, activations, and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand engagement, and experiential strategies to create memorable brand experiences that drive awareness, affinity, and conversion.

This person will get the opportunity to become a part of the brands and communications team for one of the biggest brands in Pakistan. Taking on the responsibility to interact with our customers directly through engaging events/activations & evaluating and locking multiple potential sponsorships across the country. Here is an opportunity for the person to showcase their passion in solving complex on-ground problems and dynamic trouble shooting through teamwork.
He/She will be part of a customer focused marketing team and collaborate across the wider team including Brand, Media & IMX, Pricing & Segments, Sourcing etc. The role reports directly to the Stream Head Experiential Marketing.
What Does Expert Experiential Marketing do?
Key Responsibilities
· Events/Activations Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
o Plan end-to-end event and activation concepts, including creative ideation, budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
· Execution & Operations
o Lead the execution of on-ground brand activations, promotional campaigns, corporate events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
o Work closely with vendors, production houses, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
o Ensure events meet brand standards and deliver high-impact audience engagement.
· Sponsorship Management
o Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, and media platforms.
· Performance & Reporting
o Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of activations and sponsorships.
o Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously optimize future experiential campaigns.
· Compliance & Risk
o Ensure all activities comply with legal, financial, and safety regulations.
o Conduct risk assessments for each project and develop contingency plans.
· Other Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
o Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (brand, digital, product, sales etc.) to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including agencies, vendors, sponsors etc. to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.
Cross-Functional Coordination
o Lead cross-functional marketing meetings to align key stakeholders on project timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
o Collaborate with other teams to develop go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
Agency & Vendor Management
o Manage agencies from briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
o Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluation of third-party partners.
Internal Communication & Reporting
o Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
o Gather inputs and feedback from relevant teams to refine and optimize marketing activities.
Budget & Resource Management
o Coordinate with finance and procurement to manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost control, timely invoicing, and ROI tracking.
o Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact and stakeholder feedback.
Crisis & Issue Management
o Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns, bottlenecks, or issues that may affect the execution or success of marketing initiatives.
· Key Requirements
o Proven track record in executing large-scale events, brand experiences, or sponsorships.
o Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
o Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
o Flexibility to travel and manage on-site operations.
· Preferred Skills:
o Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique brand experiences.
o Familiarity with brand compliance guidelines and post-event analytics.
o Proficiency in MS Office, event management tools, and budgeting software.
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
