What does Specialist Product do?
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the fintech industry.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap, setting timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with design teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, continuously measuring and improving product performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' products and strategies to identify areas of differentiation and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates and strategy to internal teams, including executives, and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in product development and deployment & ensure products are launched smoothly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 1-3 years of product management experience in Digital Banking, Fintech or related industries.
- Proven experience in mobile app product management/Development
- Strategic thinking and vision for Platforms i.e Apps and Web App etc.
- Knowledge of mobile app development processes and design principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for Mobile Apps and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
- Creative problem solver who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways to resolve issues.
