What is GTM & Product Strategy Lead?
Garaj, is seeking a GTM & Monetization Lead to define, own, and execute its go-to-market and revenue monetization strategy. This role is accountable for transforming Garaj’s product and platform capabilities into scalable revenue streams, driving market adoption across enterprise, public sector, and digital-native customers.
The role sits at the intersection of product, sales, pricing, partnerships, and market strategy, and requires strong commercial acumen combined with deep understanding of cloud economics and platform businesses
What does GTM & Product Strategy Leaddo?
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define and continuously evolve Garaj’s GTM strategy across target segments (enterprise, public sector, SMB, digital-native).
- Own market segmentation, ICP definition, and use-case prioritization for Garaj offerings.
- Translate platform capabilities into clear, sellable solution bundles and offers.
- Drive launch planning for new products, features, and services in coordination with Product and Platform teams.
Monetization & Pricing
- Design and own pricing models across cloud service models, managed services, and cybersecurity.
- Define monetization levers including consumption-based pricing, subscriptions, suites, minimum commits, credits, freemiums and enterprise agreements.
- Establish discounting guardrails, deal structures, and approval frameworks.
- Drive margin optimization, unit economics, and contribution profitability.
- Track and improve ARR, MRR, TCP, churn and expansion revenue.
Commercial Enablement
- Build and maintain commercial playbooks, GTM frameworks, and sales enablement material.
- Support strategic deals with pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and executive-level positioning.
- Define packaging and positioning for multi-cloud and OEM-partner-led offerings.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Own competitive intelligence across local CSPs, hyperscalers, and regional players.
- Conduct TAM / SAM / SOM modeling and opportunity sizing.
- Continuously assess market trends, regulatory impact, and customer buying behavior.
- Feed insights into product roadmap and investment prioritization.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the commercial voice of the market for Product and Platform teams.
- Work closely with Presales, Platform, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure GTM feasibility.
- Ensure smooth handover from GTM strategy to execution and ongoing revenue operations.
- Influence without authority; align multiple stakeholders toward common commercial outcomes.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in GTM, monetization, product marketing, commercial strategy, or cloud business roles.
- Masters in business administration or related field.
GTM & Commercial Strategy
- Proven experience designing and executing GTM strategies for cloud, SaaS, or platform businesses.
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise and public sector buying cycles.
- Experience with solution packaging, offer design, and value-based selling.
- Ability to convert technical capabilities into clear commercial narratives.
Monetization & Cloud Economics
- Deep understanding of cloud pricing models (pay-as-you-go, reserved, committed spend, subscriptions).
- Experience with unit economics, cost drivers, and margin analysis in infrastructure/platform businesses.
- Familiarity with FinOps principles and cost-to-serve optimization.
- Ability to design pricing that balances competitiveness, scale, and profitability.
Analytical & Financial Acumen
- Strong skills in business modeling, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
- Experience working with Finance on pricing approvals, revenue recognition, and deal economics.
- Comfort working with data to drive decisions and measure GTM effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Technology.
- Experience operating in matrixed, fast-growing environments.
- High ownership mindset with bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
